Simple local roadside Taiwanese roadside food. Some rice paste, sausage including a rice sausage, simple broth soup, & pork stir fry... All served on plastic lined plates... Very nice view, but don't bother if you don't know how to get here & if your Mandarin is as poor as mine... You'll need a guide.

We came here after going to Maobitou, and it was one of my favorite places to eat in all of Taiwan. It specializes in the dishes of old Taiwanese people living in this area and everything was delicious. Definitely get the smoked pork sauteed with onions. There are about 5 outdoor tables with plastic chairs around them, and all of them give you an awesome view of the coast. It's cheap, delicious and a hidden gem (although locals are starting to flock here in increasing numbers!) Use the map on the Gogobot mobile app to get you here. I added the approximate address, but the map point is the most accurate way!
