St. Antimo Abbey (Abbazia di Sant'Antimo) is a former Benedictine monastery, now inhabited by Canons Regular. The origins of the abbey date to a small oratory built here, one the location of a former Roman villa, in 352 at the death of Anthimus. This is a very magic place. The abbey lays in the middle of a wide, green valley and appears to be powerful and mysthic. You should go to understand how beautiful it is.
