If you can't make it during the weekday for Ad Hoc's famous fried chicken or you don't want to pay for the pre-fix meal, then make a stop to Addendum. I have to say with all the hype I was a bit disappointed. Don't get me wrong it was good fried chicken, but for the price and the hype, my expectations were higher, especially with a well renowned chef. The skin wasn't as crispy as I had hoped, but it packed a lot of flavor. Worth trying if you're in the area.

Addendum is the kid sister of established dine-in Ad Hoc, and offers BBQ ribs and fried chicken. I think it's okay, as a "fast food" option for that wine buzz. The fried chicken is the standout winner. It's flavorful and juicy. I was disappointed by their other options, however. We got cold ribs, bad potatoes, "meh" corn (off the cob (why?)), and okay corn bread. Lot's of carbs, and pretty expensive on balance. And they sell those 8.5oz aluminium bottles of coke and diet coke instead of 12oz cans for $2.25! Annoying. I recommend it for fried chicken lovers only. If you want something more budget conscious and consistent, head to Gott's for an awesome burger.

It is a walk up lunch window that happens to serve some amazing food. It is only open Thurs - Sat till the end of October, but, and that is a big BUT, it is amaing.
Limited daily menus are all entered around a friend chicken or a waygu brisket, and they switch up sides depending on the day. Its popular, but you can call in or email in your orders if you're worried they'll run out before you get there.
