Incredibly atmospheric bohemian Egyptian restaurant. Supposedly loved by Omar Sharif. Definitely upscale but drips with atmosphere. The food could be a little better but is still quite good. Reservations a must. Be sure to take a map. A little hard to find the door but once you see it, it is pretty obvious.Popular withLuxuryLocalHistory

If you go to Casablanca, you of course have to visit Rick's Cafe. The restaurant is modeled after "Ricks American Cafe" in the iconic movie Casablanca. The food at the restaurant is pretty good, but the main draw is the ambiance. The owners have taken a lot of consideration into modeling the restaurant exactly like it is seen in the ...Popular withNightlifeLocalHistory

I remember hearing about this place at a dinner party years ago and thinking it sounding interesting though I'm not big on game meats. Now while I would never consider ever eating Lion or the like...after seeing Gazelles, Zebra's etc getting eaten by Lions I figured trying some would be OK. I was a little nervous entering Sevruga. The V&A Waterfront restaurant is huge, and the larges menu is all over the place--sushi, Asian tapas, classic seafood, etc. But the seafood is perfectly prepared and the service is phenomenal. A notch above many of the waterfront restaurants.Popular withTrendsters
All I can say is WOW! The food is great, the location is great, the price is great! We had a three course meal, a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, and cocktails for less than £60 for both of us! Wish I could go back every week!Popular withTrendstersFoodiesLuxury

an outdoor venue by the nile river in Zamalek. there are more than 30 flavors of Shisha (including cappuccino) there and the food is good. Go for the Hawawshi a fatty meat pie that is full of flavors.

17/20; Food 9/10, Ambience 4/5, Service 4/5. Located in the One&Only hotel, the recent opening of the windows allowing fleeting glimpses of Table Mountain outside. Cavernous quadruple-height room lends much drama to the space. Not that any is needed with fish this fresh being prepared in inimitable Nobu style. Fabulous - easily one of the top 5 places to eat ...

There are two outlets of this restaurant in Addis. One is large and is a tourist trap -- that actually serves food in a buffet style (with white bread and forks / spoons!). The other is smaller, more intimate, and serves food Ethiopian style (on a shared plate and you eat with your hands). We visited the more intimate location ...Popular withBusinessLocalFamilies
