This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. We booked it through LuxuryLink.com for under $300 a night and got a two floor room overlooking the Bosphorus. The restaurant is fantastic, especially the breakfast. You get a huge pallet of cheeses, and dry fruits to go with the pita bread and your hot drink of choice. All included in the price of the room. They also have water taxis that will take you to the European side of Istanbul that's complimentary. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room design is very NYC loft style with a chic staircase leading up to the master bedroom. Highly recommend!

Europe’s most enchanting hotel, with a decor that combines luxury and comfort in perfect balance, the A’jia Hotel is located in the historical Ahmet Rasim Paşa Mansion in Kanlıca. The restaurant of this sixteen-room boutique hotel serves a rich selection of fine Italian and Mediterranean dishes and takes in an unparalleled Bosphorus view. A’jia has become a popular choice for cocktail parties, weddings and special occasions.

A truly unique place to stay in Istanbul though, be warned you'll be a fair hike from the main tourist attractions. The 16-room A'jia is in a former Ottoman mansion on the banks of the Bosphorous in the suburb of Kanlica - on the Asian side of the city. The place is ideal for a couple who just want somewhere to cosy up in for a long weekend, with stunning views and ambient surroundings thrown in. A cab ride over to the European side will take around 30 minutes, though the hotel does also provide a free boat shuttle running at set times. Rooms are comfortably furnished in a sleek, contemporary look. Try to get one of the five which have their own balcony, or splurge on three of the six luxury suites which are arranged over two floors. All rooms and suites come with a view of the Bosphorous. There's a smart restaurant which really comes alive, weather permitting, for Sunday brunch when guests spill out on to the terrace. Very hip, very romantic.
