Guest suites here are enormous, amongst the biggest I've ever seen for a "hotel"! This is especially remarkable considering it's ideal location in downtown Philly. I was a bit apprehensive at first with their strictly long-term stay policy, but I quickly saw that the AKA isn't so much an extended stay hotel as it is a short stay home. You've got everything - a nicely furnished, fully equipped living space with room enough for a family. The gym and other amenities are a bit sub-standard, but I still love this place for accommodations and perfect location.

Couldn't be in a better location! Everything is close and it is right across from Rittenhouse Square. The staff are awesome and have made me laugh on more than one occasion already. Love Joe the doorman, doesn't get any better!

Phenomenal long stay residence. Very spacious one bedroom with separate living area and kitchen. Full appliances in kitchen. Weekly clean linens and towels. Fitness room and laundry facilities adjacent to one another on same floor. Restaurant on ground floor with room service delivery. Very private residence, without the bustle of hotel guests.
