al di la Trattoria

Very cozy with a warm, friendly character. I liked most everything I tried; however, the kale salad was inedibly salty and full of lemon. Pasta dishes and wine selection were excellent.

We had a great brunch here on their lovely little patio. The inside seemed a little crowded, as is the patio, which is decorated with lots of potted plants. The food was good -- very fresh -- and they have a really good white wine sangria. The service was a little bit slow, but we weren't there to eat in ...

0.9 mi from al di la Trattoria
    6 reviews

Montreal native Noah Bernamoff’s Brooklyn deli recently reopened with a new craft brew menu. But thankfully, the Ruth Wilensky sandwich remains unchanged. A tribute to the matriarch of the Montreal institution Wilensky’s Light Lunch, Mile End’s version heaps artisanal salami and brown mustard on a pressed onion roll. Don’t let its simplicity fool you. This is beefy, smoky, oniony perfection. ...

    Tom's Restaurant

0.95 mi from al di la Trattoria

There isn't a more local diner anywhere in America. Tom's is a classic and, despite the Brooklyn location, could be anywhere in America. The food is just okay but the atmosphere is a charmer and the staff are super friendly. Love that they just walk around handing out orange slices.

Why is anyone waiting in line for Grimaldi's? This Brooklyn spot is my favorite to-date. Quaint, friendly and the Napoli-style pizzas are exceptional. Fresh ingredients and cheese that is 1,000x better than what you get at most places. The bufala on the pizza and the ricotta in our salad were moist and flavorful. We over did it in ordering the ...

Le Gamin is a delightful, little French restaurant in Greenpoint that will leave you pleased be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner. When I've stopped in for breakfast in the early morning, the restaurant is always calm and quiet. It's a great place to read with a cup of espresso before starting the day. For dinner on weekends, the scene becomes ...
