We love this cruise. The captain provides interesting history about Fernandina Beach and the area. Up close views of Cumberland Island afford guest an opportunity to see the wild Spanish horses that still roam the beach and other indigenous wildlife. You will learn about the "old money" whose families have summered here for a century and still maintain residential compounds.

I haven't tried this but have a friend in the area who takes all her out of town visitors on the sunset cruise. Says its the best thing on the island.

We did the Eco Shrimping Tour with 2 youngsters (age 11). It was fantastic. Captain Sean narrated our way past the small Fernandina fishing fleet with a rich history, a bit of science and entertaining insight. Please buy local wild caught sustainable seafood whenever possible, especially our delicious shrimp.

Andrea then turned a gorgeous day on the water into a spectacular experience for us all. Her enthusiasm, passion and empathy infected the young and kept me smiling the entire trip. The breathtaking water fowl and graceful dolphins kept us company all morning. A bountiful catch provided us with excitement all the way back to the dock.

The cruise north to Cumberland Island is fantastic. The captain is Pajama Jack and he is both colorful and knowledgeable. You will love the trip.
