large, spacious, great place for events. I staff here for AM2 convention (coming up on its 3rd year) and love the layout. Its big, but not spread out like the LACC and it's across the street from Disneyland and all the associated restaurants and hotels providing easy access for convention goers with alternative dining and entertainment options. The layout is fairly straightforward and it has a decent capacity

Well I have been to this facility over the years a number of times including a trip a week and a half ago. It is an interesting venue to say the least.
I enjoy the way that this place is set up. Multiple levels with a view up and down for the most part. I enjoy the glass facade. The bathrooms are generally well kept. The facility was clean, including the glass facade.
The location however is horrible. I can hardly think of a worse place for this place to have been built. Seriously! Lets build a second mega huge tourist attraction, across the street from the biggest tourist attraction known to man in So Cal, Disneyland!!! WTH!
So I get off the freeway about a mile away from place and it takes me about 30 minutes to get 2-3 blocks from it. Seriously this is the absolute worst traffic jam ever. You have all the tourists going to Disneyland, California Adventure, Downtown Disney, all of the local hotels, etc. However when you are traveling so short a distance on a Saturday morning, its called being screwed.
To further the issues here, there was 1 giant and 1 large event happening at the same time on the Saturday that I went. First there was a giant girls volleyball tournament. This must have drawn a couple of thousand people alone. Then there was Wondercon, which I was there for. Well, Wondercon drew at least 10,000 people I will bet. Now add in all the cars, realize that there is absolutely no parking anywhere nearby, and well you have a few major problems.
To get to the Convention Center parking structure (please note the singularity in that) you have to go through several major hoops. But I almost feel that it is not worth returning to anything else at the Anaheim Convention Center since its so obscenely difficult to get parking or to. I can completely see a high rating for the facility, however due to its parking and accessibility issues, this place is a royal ROYAL nightmare.
Pro Tip: eat before you get here. The food prices are extremely inflated. $7 for three small street tacos at Tacos la Guerra inside the CC *SMH*
Pro Tip #2: Park at the Hilton, easier access and about the same price as at the CC parking structure
