It's always good to find a charming place represent Khmer food. This place is great, great food, I've ordered and ate most of the things on the menu. It's surprising authentic and it's less spicy to accommodate the Japanese taste buds.

Insanely delicious Cambodian food. Though it takes guts to do it, the best way to experience this restaurant is to say "omakase" and let the owner serve whatever he likes until you are full.
The prices are reasonable and everything I have had here (except the Mekong whiskey) is good. My personal favorites are the spicy chicken salad, the fresh spring rolls, and the pepper crab in vermicelli noodles.
Most of the staff are Cambodian and they are aggressively managed by a Cambodian papa-san. The staff are pushy when it comes to turning tables / selling drinks; however, like the Angkor Wat paint by numbers, the abrupt service is part of the charm at this place. If the hard sell starts to get too irritating, flash the staff a grin and you'll be rewarded with that legendary Cambodian smile.
Definitely more of a dinner place than a lunch spot. Japanese helps but it is possible to manage in English.
