This is a cold one man hotel, with an obvious lack of staff. The rooms are neat and the area is painfully quiet. For a hotel in London, it has a quite isolated feel and on a positive note there are pubs and some restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel to those that want to be alone and isolated from the constant vibrancy of London. If you ever do need to socialize and enjoy what London has to offer, all you have to do is walk 20 minutes.

The better of the budget hotels I've visited in the area, the Arriva Hotel is well-presented, clean and bright. Minutes from King's Cross and St. Pancras rail stations and therefore the underground too.
There are many different types of room to accomodate varying amounts of people - budget hotels are often good and getting quite a few people in one space.
The area is a very good choice - there are loads of great bars and restaurants here, and the transport links are phenomenal. It isn't far to trendy Camden, Farringdon or Islington.

The Arriva hotel is clean and conveniently located hotel a short 5 minute walk from King's Cross and St. Pancras stations. Being a budget hotel that is offering a number of rooms that sleep 3 - 4 people, the Arriva offers flexibility at a good at a good value.
This hotel doesn't ooze warmth and coziness; however, the friendly staff make up for the lack of personality in the hotel itself. As well, the Arriva Hotel has additional perks like a lift to accommodate luggage and those with reduced mobility and some room options with small refrigerators to make their guests stay more comfortable.
While there I noticed that even during the busy afternoon Arriva is far enough off the high street to allow for a quiet evening relaxing in your room, but it's still close enough to comfortably enjoy the numerous pubs and clubs the area has to offer.
