Pricey but classic roast goose restaurant in Hong Kong - one of the "must go" places for tourists and visitors. Don't waste your time with the BBQ and roast porks (or even anything else in my opinion). Just focus on the roast goose and century egg with congee or just as an appetizer. The goose (with the sauce) is delicious ...Popular with

Solid dum sim, but my favorite is actually their BBQ pork (chao siu). It is a very nice sit down place and they try to train their staff well. Like many places else in Hong Kong, they do not have dim sum carts; you place your order on a scantron page.

I was thoroughly satisfied with Little Noodle Shop. It's a little hole-in-the-wall restaurant specializing in hand-made pulled noodles. I had the noodle soup with vegetable dumplings and thought it tasted delicious in a homey comfort sort of way. I also recommend their sauteed morning glory.Popular with

Even though Beijing has many delicious regional and local offerings, sometimes dim sum (a southern Chinese fare) is craved and Lei Garden is the place to go. A Hong Kong restaurant chain establishing itself in Beijing, Lei Garden delivers in food, service and ambiance just as its sisters back in Hong Kong.

Loyal Dining serves both Hong Kong style western foods and traditional Hong Kong style Chinese cuisine. In fact, the Chinese name of Loyal Dining direct translates to "coming from the west" which already tells us the type of they serve. The ambiance and decor is very retro chic and the service friend. The best part about this restaurant is that ...

This amazing little place serves dim sum at all hours. The quality is very good and the atmosphere is pleasant. The menu includes detailed English descriptions. A great place for non-Cantonese speaking visitors to explore the real thing. Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) are a bit tricky and they are the way I judge dim sum places. These guys do ...Popular with
