    Hotel San Jose

    Hotel San Jose

    4.5
    14 reviews

Right on Austin's famous South Congress, near the lake and springs, this is arguably the coolest hotel in Austin with a phenomenal maze of outdoor walkways and courtyards covered by trees and ivy. It's relatively pricey, if you can't afford to stay the night you're welcome to enjoy the outdoor bar by the pool.

This is a very old and historic building recently renovated to allow more modern features while maintaining it’s old English Victorian feel. Here you have your car valet parked, step off one of the busiest streets in Austin and into a massive stone and marble lobby with an elegant grand staircase. You feel very fancy here. The Roaring Fork is ...

    W Austin Hotel

    W Austin Hotel

    Hotel Class:

The W is one of my favorite hotels as far as chains go. I was curious how they would style the Austin location. And it was nice the same W design with a little "keep Austin weird" flair.

Elegance and class are what you expect to find at the Four Seasons, and this Austin location is no exception. The staff is courteous and helpful, the service is excellent and very consistent. Rooms are comfortable-- if you can, book a room with a view looking south over the river. The hotel restaurant Trio is worth a reservation even if ...

When the lake is full, this is a fun place to go sailing and paddle around. Even now, the resort still offers a peaceful view with plenty of activities. There is a full-service spa with various massages and body treatments. My friend was married here and they did her make up too! There are 3 different pool areas with water ...

    Omni Austin Hotel Downtown

    Hotel Class:

Mammoth is the first word that comes to mind to describe the Omni Austin Hotel. The all glass building is imposing but the view from the rooms that overlook the hotel lobby is pretty cool. Definitely more of a business stay option than a romantic or vacation retreat, the Omni has lots of facilities for conference rooms, meetings, etc. If ...

The hotel is very European with minimal furnishings inside the rooms. However, they do an excellent job of making the most of the space and furniture they do have. I was weary the rooms were going to be uncomfortable at first glance, but after getting used to the rooms they’re really quite functional and comfortable. Their goal is that you ...

My family loves to come here for weekend getaways! It's a pleasant drive from Austin into the beautiful Hill Country and it's very reasonably priced for what all you get. There's a wonderful pool area where you can swim, relax, splash around or grab some food and drinks from the cabana. Nearby, there's life-size chess, an 18-hole mini golf course ...

Nice hotel, although it seems like the location is not ideal... it actually is. It's close to the river so if you want to run or take a stroll it's convenient! Also, if you're in town for a concert at Stubb's BBQ (or you just want to have some TX BBQ), it's very close to this as well.

I love Hilton’s Homewood Suites. It offers all of the luxuries you’d hope for in a hotel stay while you’re on your trip; along with all of the comforts of home. There’s a full kitchen in the rooms equipped with pots, pans and utensils. A door separates the master bedroom from the living room and kitchen, making it really feel ...
