Very cool, upscale scene overlooking the water in Bondi Beach. Think floor to ceiling windows, modern, minimalist furniture, and Italian-influenced menu with lots of seafood.

    Snack Mahana

Excellent food, but pricey and slooooow service. Mahi mahi was the best I've ever had! Lots of interesting curries - shrimp curry was delicious. About $50 for lunch is pretty insane though.

There's a reason this place has been around since 1903 and it isn't just it's harbor- side location. The spacious fish and chips establishment has character; it is decked out with beautiful tropical aquariums and shark attack memorabilia. Most importantly, the food will have me returning. The grilled fish of the day, served with potatoes and a spinach and pine ...

You must try the Stoke House! It's extremely popular on the weekends as its the perfect combination of location (right on the beach), service (impeccable!) and quality of food (seafood to die for!). I could spend a week sampling their wines alone.

    The Oyster Inn

    2 reviews

The Oyster Inn is a cute and modern Hamptons-esque styled restaurant. It was great to have cold drinks there after a long walk along the Oneroa beach, we sat in the verandah with a view of the Ocean and watching the activities on the main village street. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

    Seasalt of Culburra Restaurant

Quality, delicious food. The concept of local fresh, simple seafood is good, but it just opened and they are still getting into their service grove, so bring some patience with you.

    Doyles on the Wharf Restaurant

    2 reviews

Doyles is an Australian staple for fresh fish. You can take the water ferry out here from the CBD. The restaurant (Doyles on the Beach) is a high class, expensive affair, but you can just get take-away from Doyle's on the pier until about 6pm, which is about half the price, and basically the same food. The Tasmanian Salmon, and ...

    Sea Bay Restaurant

    1 review

Fried pork dumplings, rich beef soup, and other Chinese specialties (from the handmade noodles of the north to the Uighur flatbread of the far western provinces) are what Seabay does, and they do it well. Though there may sometimes be a wait for tables, this tasty and affordable spot is a regular go-to for eats in Chinatown.

    Morgans Seafood

    1 review

Visiting Australia? Heard other people going on about some type of crustacean called a Moreton Bay Bug? Drooling at the though of eating fresh, local, seafood straight off the trawler? Look no further than Morgan's seafood. With an upmarket restaurant and a neighbouring co-op / choose-your-own / picnic style canteen, this place suits all budgets and all under-water tastes. I ...

It site almost right under the Harbor bridge with a great view of the harbor all the way over to the opera house. The food is fresh, flavorful, and meant to be shared. Go with a group and order an array of ...

The best restaurant I went to in my entire time in New Zealand! The boast about having the best mussels and I would have to agree! I tried the mussel chowder and they were the best mussels I ever had! And not lony is the food delicious but if you sit out on the deck you can also have a ...
