have to wait in line. Get the pop tarts, the caramel sticky toffee bun, the french toast, and the chèvre cheesecake. Ask your server for the best egg dishes that day - they change seasonally. Request a table in the covered courtyard on a nice day.

is creole food. Quite spicy and tasty. I had the special of pork belly with eggs and grits. It was good, but it didn't blow me away or anything. I don't think I am going back to subject myself to the long wait.

offerings: castiron dutchboy, veal schneitzel, country ham with poach eggs, devil on horsebacks. Yes please to everything. The service is attentive and friendly, and yes, the food and drinks don't just sound delicious, they are actually good looking AND yummy too.

a focus) and every item is fantastic (I just ate here an hour ago and three of us split four items). First of all, I love that the chai and latte come in a huge bowl instead of a coffee cup. And then there are the 'Miracle Pancakes,' cornmeal pancakes with homemade lemon curd (you can buy jars for $9) and strawberries. And the egg dishes! It's almost worth the wait (and the pain parking; Cole Valley is tough).
