Food is great, restaurant tries very hard to be New York – too dark, too loud. But it's a fun time every once in a while.

    Pitango Gelato

    5 reviews

Without a doubt, absolutely the BEST GELATO EVER. I had the combination of matcha green tea and chocolate hazelnut. Both were deliciously rich, creamy and flavorful. So decadent, yet so light. Unfortunately, I heard that the matcha green tea flavor has been discontinued, but don't let that stop you as they have a wall full of flavors for you to ...

    Blue Moon Cafe

6 reviews of the BEST meals I've ever eaten in any restaurant EVER! Everything is freshly prepared. As strange as it sounds the Captain Crunch french toast is one of their specialties and I promise you, one bit and you'll wish you lived in Baltimore!

    Max's Taphouse

Have to go to this when in Baltimore. They have 100 beers on tap at any giving time and the bartenders know their stuff. The food is your standard bar food but you should be going for the unique beers opposed to food. It is PACKED thurs night through sat night so be willing to stand in close quarters or ...

John Steven Ltd. Five Points Tavern

A cozy neighborhood pub with a strong ocean ethic! What more could you ask for? John Steven's is as committed to local and sustainably-sourced seafood as it is quality dining and service. I'd come here for the real pub atmosphere and diverse beers on tap alone, but the food throws this place into another ballpark. Check out the seafood club ...

    The Cheesecake Factory

    5 reviews

So let's start off with the obvious. It is a Cheesecake Factory, so don't expect 5-star cuisine :). But as easy food options in the inner harbor go, it is a pretty good choice. It is about a 2 minute walk from the National Aquarium. They have a nice outdoor seating area where you can enjoy the view of the ...

    The Brewer's Art

    4 reviews

Good food and, more importantly, good beer. The Brewer's Art is a great place to meet up with friends and enjoy a little of what Baltimore has to offer gastronomically and microbrew-wise. It can get a bit crowded and difficult to get served during prime times, but I suppose that's just a testament to its popularity.

    Woodberry Kitchen

Wonderful food, very pricy and impossible to walk in (reservations are a must!). Not a lot for vegetarians so we rarely go, but meat-eaters rave about the burger.

    The Abbey Burger Bistro

    3 reviews

If you're looking for more than your run-of-the-mill burger, Abbey Burger Bistro is your place. With meat selections like elk, wild boar, and bison regularly on the menu, it'll be many visits before you've experienced all the burgers they've got to offer. Great beer selection, too, in a comfortable English pub setting.

    Phillips Seafood

    3 reviews

Phillips Seafood is synonymous with Maryland tradition. This iconic crab house started in Ocean City, Maryland, where I can recall eating with extended family as a toddler over heaps of steamed crabs and seafood delicacies. Since that time, they've expanded into a major chain and have upscaled many of their restaurants into finer dining experiences. This, along with the push ...

    Brick Oven Pizza

Great pizza joint in the heart of Fell's Point. They have a build-your-own-slice feature in which you can choose from dozens of toppings just for a simple slice. Great way to cater to your taste buds without splurging on a whole pie. Nice, casual atmosphere and convenient to lots of bars and shops.
