This is probably one of the top 5 islands in the Caribbean to visit. Its not just lovely beaches and water sports, its history cuisine culture. There are great sites like Sam lords Castle, Harrison Caves and the Coral Gardens. The people are very tourist friendly and shopping is great.

Went there when I was only 13. Not quite old enough to enjoy the night life you would think, but back then you could go to the discos with an adult. I stayed up all night dancing, and spent the days on the beach. We were there for a whole month. Great trip!!

One of the few Caribbean islands that hasn't been over-run with tourists to the point that it has lost its native culture. Great spots for surfing, wind-surfing, kite surfing, great food, good range of hotels and easy to get to from UK.

When we went to Barbados we took a catamaran boat out around the water and to a beach where we laid out and had a BBQ. It was so peaceful, quiet and exceptionally gorgeous. The sand has sea glass in it and we spend a couple hours looking for great colors to take back with us. Overall a great trip and I highly recommend the catamaran trips.
