Came here for the Russell Peters' show this past weekend. The Barclays Center architecture is certainly one of the most unique of the venues, particularly beautiful at night, the general shape resembles a twist of mobius strip, the curves on the roofing twists offers a gentle reminder of ocean and its waves; on the other side of the center is a plant-filled wall creating an extension to nature. This is now the official home of the Brooklyn Nets.

New Stadium Alert! Barclays Center is here in downtown Brooklyn. Pretty accessible from the MTA, LIRR and all bridges coming into Brooklyn! I went for the Jay z concert. Not a bad seat in the house! and the sound system is dope. The seats are a bit small with limited space for maneuvering but they have club rooms and lounges. You can spot anyone here from jazzed up locals, celebs, to the bridge and tunnel crowd and the 40/40 club inside is a great after concert place to meet. ticket prices are a bit pricey but hey, you're paying to be hip! lol. My one issue is how early they stop serving drinks. Well, that just means that you will have to move the party to one of the local bars in the great downtown Brooklyn!
