An amazing tapas place. However, it took several tries to finally eat there. They don't take reservations, and the line starts early. If you show up at 8, your wait can easily be 1 hour 45 minutes, because they only have seating along the bar. Finally, a friend from out of town decided to queue up at 5:30 and we got seated at 6:00. Needless to say, you have to start with Spanish Jamon and savor the taste before you treat your taste buds to all kinds of flavors. We ordered a lot of dishes and polished them off in no time, because they are that good. My favorites include: octopus, razor clam, tuna tartar, and prawn tortilla. The service wasn't the greatest and I think it has something to do with language barrier. Our server is from Spain and half of the time, he had no idea what we were asking. I can't wait to go back, but I don't think it will be any time soon, because the wait never gets shorter.

Hands down my favorite meal in London right now. Always consistent quality tapas. Lots of fresh seafood and other tapas. Bar/counter seating only. No reservations. Not great for groups. Be prepared to queue for up to 45 mins during dinner rush. The waiters will take a drink order and serve a few small plates while you're waiting, so the wait goes pretty fast. They have a nice cookbook that you can buy and get signed by one of the chefs.
