It's kind of hard to tell where Portland and some of the suburbs begin. I've been through and stopped for a bit, but that's all I can tell you right now!

Tigard is like a suburb mushed between Beaverton and Lake O. It's definitely something you pass through but might not even notice when you do. Also, because it's a main artery for a lot of roads, it's a pain to drive through at certain times.

Aloha is probably one of the more "worn down" suburbs west of Portland. It's not as ideal as Beaverton, or rural as Hillsboro. Just in-between. You'll find yourself going to Portland a lot if you live here.

Eco-friendly and hippie. Great public transit system incorporating buses and a streetcar system. Biker friendly with dedicated bike lanes all over the city. Multiple microbreweries across town make Portland a premier destination for brewery hopping and craft beer enthusiasts.
