Tigard is a suburb located outside of Portland, Oregon. It is mainly based on a long stretch of Hall Boulevard. There's an assortment of restaurants, but try not to come during rush hours. Traffic can get pretty bad in Tigard.

Aloha is probably one of the more "worn down" suburbs west of Portland. It's not as ideal as Beaverton, or rural as Hillsboro. Just in-between. You'll find yourself going to Portland a lot if you live here.

Dundee is a small little town based in the Willamette Valley. It's marked by the wineries in the area and is a perfect place to go wine tasting. Highly recommended and it's only a short drive from Portland.

Hillsboro is a small Suburb outside Portland. It's noticeable that it's on the urban growth boundary lines (you can basically go from farmland to houses as you cross a street. Not much going on here but great for a family.

Oregon City is a nice little city outside of Portland. Mainly known for the end of the Oregon Trail (which there's a museum here to celebrate that). It's in good proximity to Portland so lots to do, can come here for a 1/2 day.
