    Downtown

    4.5
    23 reviews

Attractive modern / rebuilt shopping area -- the architecture and nearby minarets give it a bit of a souk-like atmosphere but with a hefty dose of shopping mall. A must-see if you are in Beirut. Easy, relaxed, pleasant. A good place to see locals kick back and enjoy themselves. A few local brands but mostly international.

Skybar is a world famous rooftop club, and probably the trendiest most exclusive club in the middle east. On a random weekend you will glance over to the next table to find world famous celebrities having a drink and dancing the night away. Fireworks light up the Beirut sky every Saturday making it visible from the mountains surrounding the city ...

    ABC Dbayeh

The Other ABC mall branch, located in Dbayeh, is as much a pleasurable experience as ABC Achrafieh. It is never too crowded (except Christmas :P) and offers a wide variety of interesting shops. Not to forget the newly opened cinemas that includes one VIP. And the restaurants at the terrace are a waiting-list ritual during summer.

Gorgeous and glamorous local department store serving the elite of the Middle East. The inventory consists primarily of international brands but this shop is well worth a visit just to see regional gliterrati at play.

    citymall

    3.5
    3 reviews

Although it's the biggest mall in Beirut, it's quality that matters, not quantity. It offers a lot of standard stores of every department. My favorites are Virgin, 'BHV déco' for homes and Topshop for Clothes and a nice variation of restaurants in the food court. And I have to say, it's one of the best cinemas so far. Beware of ...
