I've only had the pizza for the road, and it is a massive portion for just 1,50 euros. It's folded and wrapped so you can eat it on the go. It's basically a whole pizza in a portable form. Be sure to ask for it hot because, during the second visit, they gave me an unheated pizza. It was a hot day, so it actually worked better for me.

Sometimes the best restaurants are discovered when stumbling upon them, rather than setting out with a plan. Fish and seafood rule the day at this place, a couple of minutes walk from the Piazza Dante. Go choose your fish from the enticing display outside and then a few minutes later, there it is served up on a plate with flavours you'll yearn after months later. Excellent southern Italian food is really simple and this place proves the point with aplomb. Grab one of the handful of tables outside, if you can. Yes, it's noisy and touristy, but it's all part of the atmosphere. Kick off the meal with an aperitif of prosecco with a dash of Aperol; very refreshing on a balmy evening.

I love this pizzeria! The legend says that when Maestro Riccardo Muti was a kid attending the Conservatory of Music, he always used to grab a slice of pizza in this restaurant. I'm a huge fan of Riccardo Muti and I love music of course, that's why this is one of my favorite pizzerias! The pizza is tasty and delicious and believe me, is also very cheap!
