    White Trash Fast Food

    17 reviews

American food. Loud music. Grungy scene. Rock n rollers with tattoos. I loved the name so thought it would be nice kitsch but it's really not. Definitely not worth putting on your list unless you live in Germany and crave american junk food!.

    Mustafa's Gemüse Kebap

    8 reviews

New York has Hot Dogs, Berlin loves Döner! Mustafas Gemüsedöner serves one of the best kebab, you will get in Berlin. See the 30 meter waiting line?? No worries its well worth it. Furthermore Mustafa sells extra coins (its a voucher for a kebab) that can be given to homeless people. They will get a Döner for free. Nice touch!

    Hard Rock Cafe

    9 reviews

It's your typical touristy destination. Only their kitchen closes early, and the staff doesn't seem to care about the customer. Go across the street, or just get your pin and move on.

Delicious and relatively inexpensive Tex-Mex food served fast-food style. Both the east and west Dolores are a good place to stop for a quick meal.

    Hackescher Hof

First dinner I had in Berlin and it was during the time when white asparagus was in season. My entire dinner had some form of asparagus on the plate and it was so delicious. I even saved the card from this place so I could remember my dinner here!

    Café Einstein Unter den Linden

    5 reviews

Very nice - if a bit expensive - cafe on Unter den Linden. Still, it beats Starbucks. Note: This is not *the* Cafe Einstein; that cafe is located in Schöneburg.

For sure the most beautiful beergarden in town! Located in the middle of the largest park in Berlin, nearby a small lake. You can eat very well, drink something, hang out, rent a boat. Romantic island in the big city.

Do your shopping downstairs, and visit the giant replicas of Berlin's sights (Reichstag, Fernsehturm, Brandenburg Gate) made entirely out of chocolate. Afterwards, pop upstairs and indulge ...
