An absolute dive but always draws characters and the dancing here is good. A very mixed venue -- gay, straight, bi, and trans. The sexual fluidity of the crowd makes it a unique spot to people watch.

"You better work!" If you are really to dance off all your stress and let your hair down late-night, Berlin may be just the spot for you. This gay-centric dance club features celebrity DJs in Boystown.

If you're looking for over-the-top swank, move along. However, if you enjoy lasers, lounge furniture and all night dancing...you found the right place. Berlin always delivers exactly what I expect: strong drinks and some serious rug-cutting.

Where the Freaks Creep!
The strange thing about Berlin is that I never mean to go here but somehow I always end up here like a glittery magnetic force. Anyway, this place is at its prime on Friday or Saturday night or around pride weekend. $10 to get in but there's usually a couple drink specials going on. This is one of the few gay bars in Boystown that is pretty inclusive. You'll find all kinds here-gays, lesbians, trans*, drag queens, and their hags. Nobody cares! Everyone just wants to dance! So if you're the kind that just wants to stand around with a drink in your hand and pose....Well, um, yeah, you're out of luck... Speaking of dancing, the music in this place ranges from disco, pop, house and techno. I'm glad they don't play the same 12 generic top 40 songs on repeat. It's a loud, sweaty and a little cramped. I count that as a plus because the crowd is pretty (in a non-stereotypical way). In short, GO! You will like it or if you don't you might just be a stick in the mud!
