A must stop at Central Park. So many movies include this fountain as a background. I love all the details surrounding this place.
Besides close this fountain you can do paddling in a summer day.Recommended for:

In the heart of central park, the fountain is a popular spot in the summer. Full of life incited by the water and the playful tourists. This is a beautiful gathering spot for all. With the canoe-ers as its backdrop and the boathouse, it has the flare of a European fountain.Recommended for:

I really enjoy this area of Central Park. I love the architectural details and stonework surrounding the fountain. It's a good place to wander over to, if you're in that area of Central Park, but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to see it.Recommended for:

This beautiful fountain in Central Park overlooks a pond and is enjoyable at all seasons. Many will remember an iconic song and dance scene "That's How You Know" from Disney's "Enchanted" taking place here-- and there's always local music happening nearby to recreate that movie memory in some form!Recommended for:

This is one of my favorite spots in Central Park. Tons of movies have been shot here, and it's easy to see why. The Bethesda Fountain is a lovely calm oasis from the hectic noise and constant stimulation of New York City.Recommended for:

I first learned about the Bethesda Fountain from the film Angels in New York. Little did I realized that I would one day live about three blocks from this icon. The fountain memorializes naval dead from the Civil War. It is located right on the water in Central Park not far from the Bow Bridge. In the summer time you can get crepes or hot dogs from nearby carts.Recommended for:

Amazing place! I'm afraid that my only day there was raining a lot, not something that one would dream about when you visit a park, but it gave me a different view that not anybody get.
