It's been a fixture in Beverly Hills for a very long time. Used to be called “Via Rodeo” and hosts good restraints, fine boutiques and shops and the best Sushi restaurant outside of Osaka, Japan.

Beverly Hills lives up to the image visitors have in their mind. Expensive cars, the most chic restaurants, couture and stunning hotels! Anything you want is available in BH as long as you have a lot of credit cards.

This is exactly how you would have imagined Beverly Hills to be like. Just walking into this place gives you the pleasant vibe of richness goodness. I love how well designed this shopping center. It just feels so grand and classy. It is also just beautiful at night. The shops here sell really expensive items but I wouldn't let that stop me from just taking a stroll in this area. Beautiful people with beautiful scenery of a shopping center? Awesome.

This over the top shopping spectacle is a must see if you are in LA. One of the more attractive parts of the city even if it is a bit big for its britches. This is a shopper's Disneyland -- well-manicured, clean and charmingly artificial.

If you have never been to Beverly Hills, the first thing to be aware of is that it's so much more than just Rodeo Drive. This tendency toward stereotypes is one of the biggest problem's with L.A.'s image in general. One little detail overpowers everything else and people miss out on the rest.
Public art is one thing that I have recently become aware of around town. Around every corner seems to be some statue or other art form that really stands out if you look for it. There is also a large library, a weekly farmers market and yes, great places to eat and shop.
There is a large park along Santa Monica Blvd. and plenty of interesting architecture to be found just North of it. S. Beverly Dr. is a nice area to check out for eating and the intersection of Beverly and Robertson is the heart of an interesting shopping area.

It looks modern, luxurious and very well maintained! A lot of mansions and very few historical sites, it´s kind of worth it to visit it out of curiosity I guess. The Pacific Design Center - Blue Whale - it´s a huge building, I loved the comtemporary architecture.
