The Ecological Reserve is government protected environmental land located along the water. The trails are perfect for biking or for a run and are very busy on the weekends with families and older couples. You can rent a bike by the hour right outside the park.

    Plaza de Mayo

    0.61 mi from Bice Ristorante
    33 reviews

Located in front of La Casa Rosada, the executive house of Argentina, La Plaza de Mayo has seen its fair share of political upheaval and energy. This is where the 1810 revolution that led to independence happened. This is where demonstrations in 1945 forced the release from prison of Perón, Argentina's most famous president. This is where Las Madres, who ...

I went to El Pasaje Spanish School too and I couldn't agree more. I had the same feeling about people there being so authentic and welcoming and the classes didn't even feel like classes! I had so much fun and I learned so much. I just regret I couldn't stay longer.

    Expanish Spanish School

    0.86 mi from Bice Ristorante
    7 reviews

I've been a teacher in Canada for 18 years, including several as a French teacher. I was so disgusted by the outdated teaching methodology of this school that I'm writing a formal complaint to the Cervantes Institute about Expanish to evaluate their teaching practices. Just grammar, and no sense of integrating it into real contexts so that students truly learn. ...

A greatly lively and sensual tango performance — magnifique! The atmosphere was informal, but especially authentic as this 1969 venue seems to attract mostly locals. This house is in the beautiful historic area ‘Barrio de San Telmo’.

La Catedral is a vegetarian restaurant, art gallery, tango house (milonga) and a place in which you can see live music--all in one. If you're interested in learning a few tango steps, you can do so at a reasonable rate, and their teachers are excellent. During the day, Bar Seddon is good place to have a cup of coffee or a happy hour drink. Walk into Bar Dorrego, and you immediately feel as though you are stepping back into 19th century Argentina.
