The air-conditioned dining room and free Wi-Fi alone makes Restaurant Birreria Albrecht a worthy place to visit. The fact that they have beer makes it ever better.
I stopped in when the restaurant was pretty much empty. I sat down, ordered a beer and made use of the wireless Internet. Another traveling couple came in, and they sat them right next to me. A bit weird, seeing as the entire restaurant was clear. Whatever.
They have a lot of Italian items on their menu, a long list written in both Italian and English. Being near the Fontana di Trevi, it's not surprising that they cater to tourists. There are 15€ and 20€ specials that include two courses each and a dessert. Most dishes average at 10€, with the cheapest dishes being the Spaghetti al pomodoro and the Penne all'arrabbiata (Spaghetti with tomato sauce and the Penne with spicy sauce) for 7€ each. There are a number of pizze on the menu and desserts to finish the meal.
Beer runs at 3€, 6€ and 11€ for the 0,33 liter, 0,50 liter and 1 liter sizes respectively. WIne and champagne/prosecco are also available.
Service was really friendly, particularly with the young woman who took my order (yes, she was pretty).Recommended for:Foodies
