This place had been closed down for a while, and I heard after eating my meal that the food quality had degraded some since reopening. I ordered the seafood gumbo (which was fairly flat in flavor), and it was boiling hot so I had to wait a bit to eat it, and at that point we'd already been waiting awhile. The complimentary cornbread that accompanies every meal was OK, but for some reason the waitress forgot to give it to us, so we had to request it...and with my clear view of the kitchen I saw it come straight out of a microwave! My friend's food also wasn't the greatest, and she was a regular customer before the closure. If you have another Creole food alternative, use it, otherwise don't expect too much.
