    Liberty Hotel

    Liberty Hotel

    Class:
    17 reviews
Excellent! - 88% of guests recommend

This renovated jail made for a very nice place to stay. They surprised us with strawberries and bubbly in our room, and not a single part of the experience was lacking. Views of the river are great, rooms have lots of nice touches, and the staff were unfailingly helpful, even when they just happened to be in the elevator with ...

    The Boston Park Plaza

    The Boston Park Plaza

    Class:
    11 reviews
Mediocre - 69% of guests recommend

“Huge” and "ornate” are the two words that spring to mind when I think of the Park Plaza Hotel. Though it’s by no means the hugest or most ornate hotel in Boston, there are lots of facilities on-site, from the in-house restaurant to a Melting Pot near one of the building’s three entrances. There’s even a shoe-shine station. The staff ...

    Omni Parker House

    Class:

Very Good! - 83% of guests recommend

Service was fantastic. The concierges gave personal restaurant recommendations and helped us book red six tickets. Our room was spacious, quiet, comfortable, and clean. Location was right on freedom trail, so you can't get lost, if you've never been there. Skip the Boston cream pie, though.

    The Lenox Hotel

    Class:
    8 reviews
Excellent! - 93% of guests recommend

The Lenox is the place to be if you want to ball it and visit Boston. It is not luxuriously modern, it is not chic nor boutique, and it isn't my style, but it's definitely up there in class, swagger, and that historic meets modern attitude I LOVE about Boston everywhere I go. The Lenox I believe is the #1 ...

    W Boston

    W Boston

    Class:
    8 reviews
Very Good! - 84% of guests recommend

The W is one of Boston’s newest hotels, and it certainly feels like it. The all-glass building has the feeling of a cruise ship on the inside, mostly because the décor is heavy on blue. The hotel’s staff is both friendly and keen on the details – the elevators, for examples, have mats that are changed thrice daily to say ...

We came here when it first opened back in the late 80s and it continues to be one of Boston's best hotels. Certainly one of the most convenient for the downtown.

Most rooms have some sort of water view. This new hotel is in a few buildings at the end of the wharf, and very close to all the North End action (just about 3 minutes walk to Mike's Pastry).

    XV Beacon

    XV Beacon

    Class:

Excellent! - 90% of guests recommend

This is an excellent boutique hotel in a very central location in Beacon Hill. The lobby is a modest size and understated in its décor as are the hallways, but the rooms are replete with extras. The marble bathroom rooms provide amenities beyond shampoo, conditioner and soap, such as lip balm, a tv and heated towel rack. The bath sheets ...

    The Fairmont Copley Plaza Boston

Great Location! This hotel is old Historic Property in Boston. It has been around as long as the city so you get a real sense of history just walking around. The standard rooms are some of the largest I have ever seen. Really you could do somersaults that is how big the rooms were. This is a great hotel for ...

    Four Seasons Hotel Boston

    Four Seasons Hotel Boston

    Class:
    6 reviews
Excellent! - 93% of guests recommend

One of the most prominent hotels in downtown Boston and it’s certainly jammed with luxuries. The amenities for each room are impressive: robes, soaps, safes, even umbrellas (these may be indispensable if you come between February and May). The restaurant has a nice rotating menu with a bunch of different seasonal specials and is open late. The location is clearly ...

    Copley Square Hotel

    Class:
    6 reviews
Very Good! - 83% of guests recommend

Boston's second oldest hotel offers some charm that you can't find in newer, chain hotels. The beds are not nearly as comfy as they could be, but this is a solid choice if you're looking for a place to stay in downtown Boston. It's easy walking distance to the Prudential Center (large, upscale indoor mall) and you can pick up ...

    Millennium Bostonian Hotel

Definitely a treat of a hotel, even if you have no interest in the nearby Boston tourist attractions. A little boutique, a little old boston charm, and a lot of really nice, new amenities make this (very centrally located) hotel 5-stars, in my book. If you're exploring the city, it's even better -- just across the street is Quincy Market ...

    The Westin Boston Waterfront

This modern Westin offers a great business stay. Its contemporary rooms are elegant, offers plenty of space and super comfortable beds. The service is consistently good. It is not conveniently located for travelers on holiday; it is rather ideal for business that are specifically taking place at the nearby convention center.

Had our annual company meeting (and holiday party) here. It's separated a bit from downtown Boston, but cabs are plentiful and cheap if you want to go into town. It's also right on the Silver Line, so it's an easy trip from the airport. Best of all, it's one of the greenest hotels in Boston!
