    Sheraton Boston Hotel

    Sheraton Boston Hotel

    Class:
    9 reviews
Very Good! - 80% of guests recommend

The Sheraton Boston is located in the city and is connected to the Prudential Centre. Great location, good food and the rooms are of the standard that you would expect from a Sheraton. I would recommend for short stays or business trips.

Hotel Marlowe - a Kimpton Hotel

    Class:

My son and I have stayed here several times when traveling to Boston for hockey games. The location is convenient and the price is generally less than hotels in Boston. Cambridge is just across the river and a short walk to a station for the "T", Bostons subway/trolley system. This hotel is really clean and the staff impeccable. I've encountered ...

    Newbury Guest House

    Class:
    5 reviews
Excellent! - 87% of guests recommend

It’s surprisingly easy to walk past this little boutique hotel with its modest front and lone sign, and it doesn’t help that it’s nestled right amongst the shops in that same classic New England townhouse building style. But the location is a central part of the appeal, especially for newcomers looking to plunge themselves into the heart of the Back ...

    Boston Marriott Copley Place

    Class:

Very Good! - 82% of guests recommend

Interesting fact about the Copley Marriot, it should be called the Prudential Marriott as it’s attached via skywalk to the Prudential Center and is about a block from Copley Square. The hotel is over 30 stories tall, and the view from the top is amazing, even if it snowed when I was there, because you almost feel like a giant ...

This was a great place to stay. I had a special wedding party rate, but I did get stuck near the closet where the staff puts the carts, etc. I only noticed it once, though, as I was so tired when I got to my room. Loved the little touches (e.g., chocolate on the bed, slippers). A tip for the ...

    Charles Hotel in Harvard Square

    Class:
    4 reviews
Very Good! - 82% of guests recommend

Very nice business hotel in Harvard Square. Would be perfect, but health and safety culture has taken over a bit. So the windows don't open in your rooms and there seems to be an upper limit on how hot the water can get. But otherwise very good.

I’d only visited this place once before when I was much younger, and I feel like it’s changed considerably since then. For one, there’s a recently opened bar and lounge, the Avery, and a general sense of sleek modernity in the smooth marble walls and muted tones. The lobby may not have actually been larger in the old days but ...

At my first glance of the Chandler Inn, I suspected there was something strange between its appearance and location. Tucked away in the quieter South End, the building could pass as an old apartment complex in the middle of the nit and grit of Boston. To further add to its eccentricity, I was bombarded with a colorful interior and geometric ...

While anyone is welcome to book just a few nights here, the vast majority guests at the Custom House are timeshare holders, who spend weeks at a time in the area. As such, the suites are all set up like little condos with separate bedrooms, baths, kitchen areas and living spaces. The building lobby is stunning with its Romanesque pillars, ...

This Back Bay brownstone seems mostly occupied by BU visitors and business people, but it was a great place for a vacation stay. Close to the T and short walk to Newbury Street. We had the North Tower room which had a kitchenette and a great view of the Charles River. Breakfast was modest but the staff was very helpful.

You’ll almost certainly have to climb at least one short flight of stairs just to get to the lobby, so if that’s an issue be aware. Otherwise this is a pretty lavish establishment if you can swing the price. Staff is friendly and agreeable, though the front desk can get distracted and leave you waiting for a bit if you ...

    Wyndham Hotel at Beacon Hill

This hotel became the Wyndham in March 2013 (formerly the Holiday Inn). Everything about this hotel is generally pretty standard and middle of the road (which is not a bad thing by any means). The ...
