    Royal Sonesta Hotel Boston

    Royal Sonesta Hotel Boston

    Hotel Class:

The hotel and staff are great. I really like the bar too. The hotel is located on the waterfront, which makes for amazing views of the Charles River and Boston Skyline.

    Liberty Hotel

    Liberty Hotel

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    16 reviews

The Liberty is a destination for tourists and locals alike, with one of the most active bar scenes I've come across in a hotel. Every Thursday there's a fashion show, with models floating up on escalators like 1930s era synchronized swimmers emerging from a tower of water. A glass of champagne and warm, personal welcome greeted me on arrival, and ...

    Sheraton Boston Hotel

    Sheraton Boston Hotel

    Hotel Class:
    3.5
    9 reviews

The Sheraton Boston is located in the city and is connected to the Prudential Centre. Great location, good food and the rooms are of the standard that you would expect from a Sheraton. I would recommend for short stays or business trips.

If you like planes then this hotel is for you. Talk about a room with a view! My 3rd floor room has a great view of the nearby terminal with British Airway planes and a giant windtower in the distance. They have complimentary shuttle service from the other terminals and easy access to the water taxi to get to town.

    The Boston Park Plaza

    The Boston Park Plaza

    Hotel Class:
    4
    11 reviews

The Park Plaza Hotel is more like a small city than a hotel. Almost anything you could want is in the same building. Take restaurants, for example. There are three different ones on site – an Irish pub, a seafood spot, and a fondue place. There’s also the Statler Lounge located inside the hotel’s lobby, its entrees are surprisingly affordable ...

    Omni Parker House

    Omni Parker House

    Hotel Class:
    4
    10 reviews

It just doesn't get more historic than this. The Omni Parker House (originally called Parker's) pioneered the idea of the luxury hotel and restaurant in an era when sleeping on the road often meant sharing a bed with a stranger at a tavern. Try the Boston Creme Pie; it was invented here. Walk right out the door into historic downtown ...

    The Lenox Hotel

    Hotel Class:

Stay at the Lenox Hotel and eat at City Table because there's something to be said for class, but there's a ton more to be said for a steaming pile of sliders. Bringing the common man that second option, City Table. Taking over Azure's old white tableclothed upscale dining locale in the Lenox and replacing it with an earthy "neighborhood ...

    W Boston

    W Boston

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    8 reviews

The W Boston has all the predictable features of a W hotel, and I had a really good time when I stayed here a few years ago. It had a fun vibe, young, boutique vibe and it really made me feel like I was getting unique and personalized service (which I was)! This is definitely a good location in Downtown, ...

Nice hotel. Good location. The restaurant put up a good bit of grub as well - a bit expensive but good. I would stay here again.

In a brief visit to the XV Boston, I was really impressed by the style, understated elegance, and friendliness of this little boutique hotel. I've spent most of my time in Europe over the last few years and so have had limited contact with American hotels, but this one made me proud to be a Yank.

    Boston Harbor Hotel

    Boston Harbor Hotel

    Hotel Class:
    5
    6 reviews

The harbor view rooms are very nice and allow you to take in the entire waterfront, not just the canal. The architecture of the hotel itself is worth at least a few pictures, both outside and in. Everything feels wonderfully stately and old-fashioned, from the wooden dressers to the paintings on the walls. There’s a floating stage that has live ...

    Four Seasons Hotel Boston

    Hotel Class:

This property is all that you would expect of a Four Seasons and is in an excellent location. The interior design was more modern than I had expected and the views of the park are lovely. The staff at the property are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. This property does a great job of being professional without being stuffy. Staff ...

    Fairmont Battery Wharf

    Hotel Class:

If you're looking for a decently-priced hotel with water views, look no further than the fairmont battery wharf. We had a room that overlooked the harbor and I personally loved watching all the cargo ships come in and out of the harbor. The room itself was well equipped and had a modern feel to it. Its a fairmont, so in ...

    Copley Square Hotel

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    6 reviews

The Copley Square hotel is one of those rare finds. Friendly, luxurious, less than super expensive. Stand out elements include the happy hour, free Wi-fi (I don't know about you all, but I'm sooo tired of paying $20 a day or the like for internet at upper middle class hotels) and quirkily shaped rooms that reflect the historic character of ...

    Ames - A Morgans Original

I don't think I've ever come to a city to give out so many five star reviews as I have for Boston. Despite it's high price tag on its own website, the Ames Hotel is quite reasonably booked through Orbitz or other travel sites to find deals. My friends have even had great luck on priceline by naming their own ...

To the person who managed a $90/night for this place on priceline, SCORE for you! Although I keep telling myself I don't like chain hotels which is mostly true, I find that the Westin or W hotels are mostly exceptionally nice and almost belong in a boutique-ish chain hotel of its own along with the InterContinentals and Ames (sort of). ...

    Millennium Bostonian Hotel

    Millennium Bostonian Hotel

    Hotel Class:

The setup of this hotel is a little unique, as each of its three buildings are connected by criss-crossing walkways. This might be a little confusing at first but there are plenty of signs. It’s not a huge skyscraper but it certainly doesn’t feel outdated. In fact, there are attempts to be state-of-the-art (the minibar is motion-activated: really cool) but ...

There's no denying that the Westin is a very nice hotel. It's got a nice indoor pool, a fitness center, concierge, laundry service and an impressive business center. And many of the rooms come with some seriously stunning skyline views. It's a huge hub for meetings, conferences and conventions, which adds a busy, hectic feel to the communal spaces, but ...

    The Fairmont Copley Plaza Boston

I haven't stayed overnight at the Copley, but I did attend a function held in The Grand Ballroom which was, to say the least, breathtaking. The crystal chandeliers, balconies, and gilded framework make it seem like something straight out of a Disney movie. If you're looking for a place to have a wedding or wedding reception, this space is something ...

I was thoroughly impressed. It’s not a super-modern behemoth like the W building but it does have friendly, attentive service and a varied range of different room options. Specifically, there are six different types of rooms and two different views, giving you a chance to shop depending on what your budget is. Every type of room is equipped with the ...
