Amazing kids museum, the biggest I have seen so far. They have activities for all ages and you can spend the whole day here and still have a lot to see in your next visit.

Solid crab shack type food - I'm very fond of the calamari appetizer. Gets VERY crowded on evenings when there's a concert at the Bank of America Pavillion.

This is very high end dining. We opted for the chef’s tasting menu and the wine pairings. It was a real treat. So many of the small bites were incredibly delicious and the wine pairings worked well. The bites are small but still a lot of food. I did not finish every dish to avoid being ridiculously overfull by the ...

Don't go for the food. It was ok. In a city like Boston, you can luckily find some much better Mexican fare. The drinks and bar atmosphere is a whole other story though. I would certainly return for the drinks... and I'm tempted to find out more about the special tequila club they've got here.

I love the vibe of both the food and décor here; it's right up my alley. I order the duck neck and gizzard ragù, which is served on rye bread and topped with a fried duck egg.

Snazzy little Italian-style "lunch counter", with seats around tiled bars. This is part of the Barbara Lynch empire (Drink is in the basement; something crazy fancy is on the top floor), and she is known for her precision and passion for Italian food. Everything I've had here is delicious, and the atmosphere is fun. My only quibble is that because ...

Good drinks. Good vibe. Hip crowd. It's a trendy spot with walls of glass, a young professional clientele, and cool cocktail names like "#summer." The food's pretty good, and if you do a ton of small plates (vs. entrees) for the table, you get to sample even more goodness! The flavors are sometimes bold and sometimes understated, but they all ...

Well this joint has totally monopolized the Boston Childrens Museum. Literally! They have a cone like structure outside of it and share a part of the building that houses the museum. This place I believe is a chain restaurant, but was not like a TGIF nor like a fast food joint. It was kinda in between and was acceptable for ...

The most famous cannoli shop in boston. So many different flavors to choose from and always a long wait, but I can see why! I got the hazelnut cannoli and it was amazing. Also try the lobster tail!

Go for the clam chowder and their lobster roll! Their lobster roll is made absolutely to perfection and the clams in the clam chowder is so fresh that you could taste it. Rated number 1 clam chowder in Boston by the Improper Bostonian.

The Union Oyster House has been at this location since 1826 making it the oldest continuously operated restaurant in the United States. The building itself dates back to the early 1700's. The Union Oyster House is a unique place to have a great meal. This was one of John and Jackie Kennedy's favorite places to eat. And check out the ...

I stumbled upon this place while looking for Mike's Pastries. Who knew they were so close together? I know this is little Italy and you're supposed to get Italian things like the cannoli's and tiramisu, but I ended up with red velvet. Hey, blame me ... I didn't really read up on this place thoroughly so perhaps next time (if ...

Seriously delicious! Two watch-outs right off the bat. There are 36 seats in the restaurant--at least that's what it was when I counted them. There will probably be a wait. This is a cash-only restaurant. I had linguini with 1/2 lobster, mussels, clams 1/2 Giacomo's sauce and 1/2 Fiorno (spicier) sauce. The platter was piled high. I was not disappointed ...
