Boston Harbor Hotel

Easily one of the best hotels in the city, this charming location has everything you could need. Rooms are well appointed and have fantastic views of either the harbor or the city itself. Plenty of dining options, both in the hotel itself as well as nearby. Overall a great place to stay.

Great spot that attracts many tourists and talents at the same time. In the summer, the place really comes to life, local musicians, dancers, stunt masters all show off their skills to impress their audience. Located just minutes away from Boston Commons, the theater district, Little Italy, Quincy market has lots of shops and local fooderies with variety of options ...

Best way to go here is to eat as party of one. You will be seated right away. If you show up as party of two then expect an average of an hour wait. They will call you via phone. Their oysters were good but not impressive enough for me to pay more. Their Lobster was amazing... Pricey... But amazing. ...

Modern is a poorly kept secret. The desserts are just about as good as Mikes, but usually without as long a line. The lobster tails here are outstanding, and the coffee and gelato are surprisingly good as well.

Small place but arguably one of the most popular at North End. There is almost always a wait outside the tiny door, the interior is crowded but customers get to be up and close with the kitchen staff and see how the chefs operate. The waiters yells out your order to the kitchen, quite a sight and experience. The food ...

I feel this review is only appropriate after spending $400 here on a meal for two. I got the chef's tasting menu and although I felt a little jipped (I was expecting 16 shared courses and each course literally consists of two pieces of nigiri so it is not a lot of food) but I ended up with only 15 ...

I came here for lunch during Restaurant Week. The mussels were fantastic, the steak frites were very good, and the brownie sundae was just ok. It's a very large space and I loved the overall feel of the place.

What in the madness is this? Delicious, cheap, awesome, star-studded CHINESE food in the heart of Boston? Is this possible? Goodness, I am totally blown away. Their Xiao Long Bao (as everyone has mentioned here, juicy pork dumplings) are just absolutely amazing as is the rest of their dumpling line. Of course this place has a menu that will stretch ...

There are a lot of cute cafes around. This one is certainly geared to the worker bees. Whether students or young professionals, this cafe is frequently packed with the 18-26 crowd.

Small hole-in-the-wall sort of a restaurant down a side street in Chinatown. The menu is huge and features pretty much everything imaginable. I'd recommend the oyster pancake or pork chop over rice. It's all bathed in oil but incredibly tasty.

This is where the locals go for seafood when they want great fish at reasonable prices. The seafood chowder probably still has molecules from the original batch. Go here for the food, NOT the ambiance. Check it out!

I think this is the best Italian restaurant in Boston's North End. The anti pasti is excellent and quite cheap. The main courses are very large and really give you a taste of Italy. Be sure to make a reservation, since it's always quite busy, even on weekdays.

I love Hard Rock Cafe and Boston is my favorite city in the world so it gets 4 stars. But to be honest, of the 7 Hard Rock's I've been to, this is near the bottom of the list. I came here for one thing and one thing only so far - Pho Tai. A side of rare beef with zesty lemon wedges next to a steaming hot bowl of pho = heavenly. One of, if not the best restaurant on Hanover Street, which is really saying a lot. The owner is so sweet, and the service is amazing. They were wonderful about modifying any dish for us, and if we wanted something that wasn't listed they would make it anyway.
