    A BVI Must Do!
Saba Rock is one of the Caribbean's most lively restaurant/bars. Sail up to this small private island and you'll experience the best of North Sound Virgin Gorda. Best menu in the area, terrific wine list.

Visited for a sailing vacation (rented from www.chartervacations.com), it was absolutely incredible. I thoroughly recommend- it was even fun with our small children (ages 2 and 7). You must see the baths of Virgin Gorda, lay on the beach of Anegada and party it up at a full moon party!

Description

Salty dogs and landlubbers alike have fallen in love with the British Virgin Islands. Regarded as one of the best spots on the planet for sailing, the British Virgin Islands (BVI) offers a path through 40 islands (all within sight of the next) with calm waters and a steady breeze. Add this to their plethora of perfect beaches. Most of the land-based action is in Tortola, where the majority of hotels, restaurants and local shops are. You won't find any casinos or malls, even on Tortola, which is just fine with visitors here. But if you'd like even more space, sail your yacht on over to the less populated Virgin Gorda, where hilly terrain creates private oases for resorts and villas. Hike to the Baths, a rocky outcropping creates grottoes and pools. On chiller-than-chill Jost Van Dyke, join in the popular pastime of imbibing in their favorite drink: the Painkiller. Combine dark rum, cream of coconut, pineapple, orange juice, local nutmeg and one beachfront hammock. Breathe in the sea ... read more
air. Sip drink. Repeat until shoulders have completely relaxed.
