    El Federal

San Martín 1015, Buenos Aires, Capital Federal, Argentina
    4 reviews

It's a perfect 10. It combines classic argentinian cuisine with some great original touches, so you'll get the best of both worlds. I tried the "Patagonia Clasica" (a six-hour grilled lamb) that just melted in my mouth. The waiter proved to be extremely helpful and gave us some great recommendations. Overall, it is not to be missed.

El Salvador 4618, City of Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina
    4 reviews

Cluny is a beautiful restaurant that is modern, elegant and comfortable with a wonderful menu highlighting Argentinian cuisine in a sophisticated way. We ate there with a large group and everyone loved their food. Some of the dishes like the veal, are really rich and heavy and the bread basket is extremely tempting but it will ruin your appetite. The ...

    Don Ernesto

This is the first and last place I ate dinner at while in Buenos Aires. The service is great, the steak is awesome, the best chimichurri and very reasonably priced! This place is popular to both locals and tourists so try to come early.

    Chan Chan

    Hipólito Yrigoyen 1390, Buenos Aires

Amazing ceviche for an affordable price. Be sure to grab a pisco sour or chicha morada (a dark purple, refreshing corn-based cordial) for an especially Peruvian experience.

    La Choza

1799 Calle Gascon, Buenos Aires, Argentina
    2 reviews

La Choza is a very swanky restaurant in the Palermo Soho area. Their menu is a mix of Italian and Argentine specialties. Service is a bit slow, but friendly. The portions are large, so sharing is a good idea. Plan ahead, as they do get crowded - making reservations might be a good idea.

Costa Rica 5602, Palermo Hollywood, Buenos Aires

Mirada is a modern, casual take on a Parrilla with all the staff dressed in matching t-shirts. The restaurant has a cool, almost unfinished look to it with an open kitchen on the backside of the restaurant. While I really liked the feel of the restaurant, I thought that the food was under seasoned and that the service could have ...

    Bar Seis

A funky, comfortable, popular little bar that basically never closes. Start with breakfast and coffee in the morning, drop by for a glass of wine and a snack mid afternoon, or dance the night away.

    Las Cholas

Arce 306, Buenos Aires, Capital Federal, Argentina

Las Cholas is jampacked almost every night of the week. It serves traditional, Argentine dishes, at reasonable prices and the portions are good. There’s always a queue of people waiting to be seated on the weekends from about 9pm onwards, so get there early as booking is not an option. Locro, a thick, yellow, corn-based stew, is an excellent choice ...

This is the best ice cream in Buenos Aires. A little bit expensive, but it worths each cent. The 'dulce de leche' with coconut is awesome. You will have to visit it more than once to try more than 30 different flavors.

    Cabras (Las)

    Fitz Roy 1795, Deseado Argentina

I spent a week in BA and this was my favorite place. The line can be long, but if you can get a table outside its an awesome dining experience. The steaks, caesar salads and wines are all great. This is a must do if you want a great steak dinner and don't want to go to the typical tourist ...

    El Federal

Carlos Calvo 599, Buenos Aires, Argentina

Great, relaxed environment. It was calm and quiet while we were there, ceiling fans spinning provided a great escape from the heat outside. Service was friendly and efficient. Also, quite possibly the best burger I have ever had.
