    Cafe Tortoni

Avenida de Mayo 825, LANúS 1084 Argentina
    4
    28 reviews

Café Tortoni is one of the “cafés notables” in Buenos Aires, meaning that it’s one of the oldest and most traditional coffee shops that you could ever frequent in the city. One of the most traditional orders would be a coffee (either black, with milk or a “lagrima”) with three medialunas (or croissants) on the side. You’ll be served by ...

    Havana

    Caminito, Buenos Aires, Argentina

Havana is famous for their dulce de leche treats, so we had to give them a try. I asked for the thing they're famous for and the cashier gave me this delicious creation of chocolate and dulce de leche. It comes in additional flavors and with fruit, but I opted for the original. Not disappointed.

    2 reviews

On a hot summer’s day in Buenos Aires, coffee addicts will benefit from the frappuccinos in Café Martinez. Café Martinez is a chain coffee shop in Buenos Aires and it serves some of the best frappuccinos in town. The extra servings of cream and dulce de leche on top of these frappuccinos makes this coffee shop choice particularly sweet.

    Gran Bar Danzón

    Libertad 1161, Libertad 1012 Argentina
    4.5
    6 reviews

We were taken to this chic, slick, hip spot by a friend in Buenos Aires who had come here on a wonderful date 6 years before, and who was waiting for another special occasion to come back. You walk up a flight of cement stairs that smells like the woods and is lit by candles. You emerge into a bar ...

Great, relaxed environment. It was calm and quiet while we were there, ceiling fans spinning provided a great escape from the heat outside. Service was friendly and efficient. Also, quite possibly the best burger I have ever had.

    Rodizio

Avenida Alicia Moreau de Justo 840, Buenos Aires, Argentina
    5
    2 reviews

We asked our taxi driver to take us to Puerto Madero for dinner, but it informed us that it was way too early to have fun in that area, and told us he'd take us to Palermo Soho instead... which worked out, since it's the area we're staying in. We figured we might as well ask him for a recommendation. ...

    Mott

    Mott, ND 58646, USA
    4.5
    2 reviews

Restaurant Mott is a hip, chic restaurant located in the midst of trendy palermo boutiques. The restaurant is completely open from the front so all the tables are in the direction to the street. The menu is more cafe style and so it makes for a great pit stop during a day spent strolling around Palermo. If you are there ...

    Carnal Resto Bar

Avenida Cnel. Niceto Vega 5511, Buenos Aires, Capital Federal, Argentina

Carnal Resto Bar is across the street from Niceto Club, and it's a place where people go before or after concerts. There's great food at reasonable prices and good drinks. The highlight of this place to me is that the first floor is a regular bar, if you're into that sort of thing. The top art is more of a ...

    La Boca - Buenos Aires

    La Boca - Buenos Aires

La Boca is famous for the Tango, which you'll find on El Caminito, the main pedestrian street. There's some shopping and lots of sidewalk restaurants. The houses are brilliantly colored which tells you right away that this place likes to party.

Touristy, overpriced, mediocre service. Food is not that great (especially at this price range where you can find better restaurant in the US)

    Gran Café Tortoni

For me this place is more a tourist spot. The decor is beautiful. The food is below average and is on the expensive side. Do not order the iced cappuccino, it's no bueno!

    Freddo

Avenida Corrientes 3247, Buenos Aires, Capital Federal, Argentina
    4.5

This place is gelato heaven. I could eat the dulce de leche granizado (dulce de leched with chocolate bits) all day long. There are numerous outlets throughout the city. I prefer the one in Recoleta just because of the neighborhood. This is BA. You have to have the dulce de leche. It will never be this good at home.

Great steaks, plus you get to write a message on your wine bottle and display it for all to see. Need reservations, but a neighborhood gem. A better place to visit that Cabana Las Lilas.

    Kansas Grill Palermo

    4625 Av Del Libertador

I'll admit that this place reminded me a lot of a typical American restaurant but I have to admit that the food was amazing. The entire group that went there admitted that it was some of the best steak in Buenos Aires. I had the chicken also and it was a very savory alternative.
