This is a great simple, affordable place to stay in town down Sayulita. It is only 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a room with an outdoor kitchen at the poolside. They have double bedrooms which is nice if you travel with kids.Recommended for:

Nice little place. Located 1 block off the town square and 3 block from the beach, the location was really convenient. We got a room with 2 bedrooms - great for kids. The rooms were spacious, with red tile floors and rustic looking closets. The bathroom was nice, though the hot water never got warmer than luke-warm (not a huge issue given how how it is here). The beds were a bit too firm for my taste, but I slept well. We also had a nice little pool outside our room that was great for the kids. Unfortunately, on the second night out air conditioning broke - were it not for the ceiling fans we would have been in trouble. They switched us to a new room the next day. Also, because of the central location, we could hear the band from the bar across the street from our patio - not a huge deal (could not hear it from inside the room when the ac was on). Be warned - they don't take credit cards - so you may have to make a couple trips to the ATM to pay. All in all we had a good stay, and was good value for the money, but we would probably try somewhere else next time we come back.Recommended for:
