Located in the Mandalay Bay at Mandalay Place (the upper "mall" area), the Burger Bar is a great choice for lunch, dinner, or any mid-afternoon meal. They have a great selection of burgers (including chicken and turkey burgers, and salmon steaks), with a fully customizable menu for add-ons, side dishes, and preparation choices. Go cheap and get a basic burger, or go all the way for the supreme beef with foie gras; either way, you'll love it.

They have a Burger Bar in San Francisco as well, which is the same. Yummy gourmet burgers that you can also build to your delight. And build your own alcoholic milkshakes. I always have to make one with M&M's.

Wow, foie gras burgers. How does it get better. Sure you can have a $60.00 foie gras burger, or you can order the same burger and add on foie gras for $20 which makes it only a $35 burger! haha ... it's definitely worth your money though, every penny.

Their dessert burgers are interesting but I would NOT try them again ...

Turning a burger into fine food is like trying to convert a trailer into a mansion. You can throw all the Ethan Allen you like at it, it's still going to be just a trailer. If I'm going to pay $60 for a burger named after some dead French dude, I want it topped with more than just foie gras and truffles.

But I settled for the $9 double-pattied veggie burger instead, and I was more than satisfied.

We make sure this is lunch every time we go. Fried pickles, and great craft beer, to go with your burger.

Pretty good burgers. I won't say it's the best I'd eat there again.
