Ok what could possibly make a trip to the mouse house better? How about shooting chit up since you are sick of all the stupid princess crap and the mouse ears want to make you go postal??? well this is your solution...
Almost never a line of significance, but a place to start targeting and blowing bad guys up... its a fun thing to go and do and you can always take a pic of yourself and your "pardner" errr "competition" on the course...
Pro Tip: Come hope on this ride for a nice kewl adventure on a hot summers day, it may not be as cool, relaxing, damp, dank, or eerie as Pirates of the Caribbean, but it will work in a pinch...
It follows Buzz Lightyear and space commands attacks on the evil zerg... so enjoy shooting chit up here. The munchkin and I both love this ride due to that.
Located in tomorrowland, its right near the parade routes and has easy access to star tours, space mtn, the submarine ride that now covers nemo, and the star wars dinner theater show haha. I cant more highly suggest checking this one out... if you are stuck doing time at the mouse house that is... just pretend that the zerg are those annoying princesses and mice (just dont tell your kids that) =XRecommended for:

My wife is crazy for Astro-Blasters, the fact that there is a "competition" of sorts in here and you actively get to participate in the ride is very cool, we try to to this ride twice every time we come to Disney.
Even our three year old kind of enjoyed it after he got over the initial shock of noise and all the action.
But how do the kids get such unbelievably high scores? I never get over 30,000...Recommended for:

you sit in a car and go throughout a track shooting at targets. Your gun will light up and make a noise if you hit a target. The circle target is worth the least, with the square, diamond, and triangle targets worth more, in that order. If a target is lit up, you get more points than you would if you had shot the same-shaped non-lit-up target.
There are hidden targets and a special target on Zurg's chest. You could go on the ride over and over again and always find something new, which is the best part of this ride.
Love this ride! =) so much fun shooting!

Buzz Lightyear is one of my favorite rides because it's interactive. As you ride your two person carriage, you shoot targets with laser beams, scoring various points depending on what you hit. At the end you can compare your score to your carriage mate, to everyone around you, and to everyone that day.
