The compulsory must stop by tourists from Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, SE Asia etc...all because of their marinated fried pork chops sandwiched in a fluffy freshly baked bread bun (almost baguette-esque in similarity). The lines are crazy and long and of course due to their over popularity, quality isn't the same as it used to be. Bourdain might like this place, but in reality anything he touches drives the quality down somehow. There are better options for pork chop buns in Macau, more localized, less touristy.
