The pictures online won me over...but I wasn't that impressed with my coffee sprinkled with cocoa powder. Great for taking cool food-pics lol

Caffe Vittoria. How should I begin? This vintage theme Italian coffee house has such a distinct old world charm. I should have been wearing a swing dress and dancing to the music from the neon color jukebox.
I ordered a Rum Cake with a cup of Cappuccino. Cappuccino was decent. The chocolate powder looked fantastic on the drink but made it too sweet. Rum cake tasted delicious until my 5th bite. At that point the sweetness had built up too much it numbed my taste buds. It would have gone down better if I had a stronger bitter drink like straight up espresso shots. I could not finish my cake at the end.
I love the ambiance and the chill crowd at this cafe. Unfortunately I cannot call their dessert my favorite.Recommended for:Family Travelers

Some friends and I ducked into Caffe Vittoria one afternoon because Mike's Pastry next door was way too much of a madhouse to have a decent conversation. We had the chocolate cannoli and a cappuccino. The cannoli was a normal size (vs. the monster ones at Mike's), but the shell was a little over-fried in my opinion. Definitely a decent choice to grab a coffee and a pastry or gelato in the North End if you have some time to kill!
The ambiance inside is cute and retro -- they have lots of small, round marble tables where you can sit. We pushed a few together so our group could gather easily.

This is a great place to grab a cup of coffee or tea and hang out. The lobster (puff pastry with cream cheese-like filling) is delicious, but huge, so share with a couple of people. Nothing on the menu has prices, so you're not sure how much your drinks are. A lot of people hang around, chatting, but the waitresses can get a little impatient and try to hurry you along by bringing your check and cleaning up your cups and dishes.

This is a cute little shop in the North End to grab a bite or have some delicious Italian lattes, made just for you. You can also, if you so desire, indulge on the delicious homemade gelatos they offer here.
The service is friendly and everyone seems to know each other inside. The waitress was kind of hanging out more so than serving but again she was extremely friendly. I feel like everywhere here is cash only so be prepared!
Their lattes were delicious and perfectly flavored (with soy!) and it was nice and cozy with lots of character. A recommended stop in North end.
