    Don Pisto's Restaurant

    5
    17 reviews

This place has great new-Mexican food. Their fish tacos, tortilla soup and margaritas are fantastic. There is no sign, just a red brick facade and a red light outside. They don't take reservations but are well worth the wait. If you go when they open you should get seated right away.

    Hodad's

Like In-N-Out on steroids. Once, I split a double cheeseburger, an order of frings, and a milkshake and I could barely walk out of the place. The shakes are so thick you can barely drink them with a straw.

Classic American diner. Not really a drive-in but all of the feel of one. Solid burgers and shakes.

    Stacks Restaurant

    10 reviews

Stacks is a pretty good breakfast joint, and it's a great place to meet up with friends. It's is also super packed on weekend mornings which is not great. But I recommend going on a Sunday morning when you can browse the Campbell Farmer's market which is right there! Delicious fruit and scones for pre- or post- brunch :-)

    Mo's Grill

Went here for breakfast...left totally satisfied. The place is pretty small, so my friend and I had to wait for about 10 minutes to be seated. While standing in line I noticed how the cooks were using this huge grill that was constantly rotating, which I thought was pretty cool. I ordered the Eggs Benedict here and my favorite part ...

    Pepper Lunch USA

    10 reviews

I love Pepper Lunch. First and only time I came here was March '08 (That's before I even had a Yelp account!!) when I came up from SoCal to visit a friend. My experience was so good here that it has always been on my mind. They have these all over Asia and I recently dined at one in Hong ...

    Ikko Japanese Restaurant

Very good sushi place! I love the atmosphere here. A very good date spot. Omakase is of course the way to go here! Everything was fresh and quality. I am glad I live in Southern California so I can eat real authentic Japanese sushi. I am blessed. The presentation from the chef for each meal was great. A must is ...

    Rudy's Can't Fail Cafe

    4
    8 reviews

Comfort food is the specialty at Rudy's complete with familiar beers including $2 Olympia specials and Guinness milk shakes. They are open late, perhaps 1am(?) which is a real resource for late night dining. The staff is tattooed and punk rock, which is appropriate considering the ownership, and they do their jobs well. I am fond of the burgers, which ...

Really tasty spicy ramen and pork belly rice set. Open later than Santouka down the street, so it's a good alternative if you are having a late dinner.

    Nickel Diner

    5
    4 reviews

#BeStuffed The Nickel Diner is a kitschy diner-bakery combination that boasts interesting creations such as the maple bacon donut and the chocolate peanut butter potato chip cake (neither of which my conscience could let me sample, but both of which I hear are to-die-for). The prices aren’t exactly Denny’s, but they’re not Jerry’s either, and for under 10 bucks you ...

    Momo's

This is the spot to be before or after a Giant's game but the huge crowds and high prices make it really hard for me to like. Sure it's a great place to meet with friends and fans but this place can be way too much all of the time. I have found much better spots to meet up with ...
