A Montreal landmark, now owned by Celine Dion and her husband Rene Angelil. Come and check out why people stand in line starting at 10 a.m. to get a table! Definitely busier during the Summer months and on week-ends but sooooo worth the wait - you have never tasted smoked meat like this! (Note to all the New Yorkers who ...

Delicious food beautifully prepared and presented. Excellent Cocktails! This is a world class restaurant. I would recommend the tasting menu vs ordering off of the prepared menu. If you have the chance to go in the summer the menu is a little more exciting. Last summer we were there and a little brown bear wandered into the village, onto the ...

We planned to eat at a restaurant a few streets away for brunch, but walked passed this place and changed our minds! It is a beautiful little cafe with interesting meal choices and beautifully made food. Everything is fresh and delicious. Many of the spices and herbs are grown on their roof! Was fantastic.

I'm always on the hunt for delicious Japanese foodz, whether it's in my home cities - Boston and Montreal or when I'm on a day trip to New York City, or touring through the West Coast; though I'm quite satisfied with my sushi and yakitori finds, I always felt a lack of great ramen-ness in my Japanese food experience. Rebar Modern Food

Jody's first job in Victoria was serving at Rebar. They have a fantastic vegetarian menu and we still enjoy going there. They have a juice/smoothy bar for a quick energy stop if you need one. They also sell their cookbook's there and it's a staple of many Victoria kitchens.
