    San Juan

    102 reviews

Skip the party at the beach and head into the center of San Juan, which is technically the oldest city under U.S. control, for an incredible spring break. The historic Old San Juan is chock-full of colorful houses, landmark attractions, and stately museums, plus plenty of restaurants serving traditional Puerto Rican Creole cooking. At night, dig into the local music ...

La Habana should be on every tourist's list when in Cuba. This city is absolutely fabulous with its many old buildings (that unfortunately are not being restored for the most part - what a shame). Old Habana is gorgeous and charming with its many little alleys and places to enjoy daiquiris and mojitos. Day trips from Varadero are easy and ...

    Ocho Rios

Stopped here from a cruise, but a great place to visit nonetheless even if we were just there for a day. You should definitely have their jerk chicken barbeque. If going in the market, just beware of aggressive vendors. Learn to bargain and say no. hehe

Cabarete is a great beach town with five different beaches, good eats, a lively bar scene, and tons of expats and vacationers who flock to the town year-round. There are lots of hotels to choose from, though if you're looking for an all-inclusive the pickings are slim. The main reason people to Cabarete are the windsports--this happens to be one ...

    Santa Clara

    6 reviews

Home to the third-largest university in the country, Santa Clara is full of young people. It's also a bit gritty. Local life revolves around Parque Vidal, where the youth gathers in what becomes a lively Cuban scene. Due to the large number of students, Santa Clara has a vibrant and edgy nightlife. One example is the bohemian terrace bar Peña ...

    Grand Cayman Island

Hmmm, idk. I went to see the dolphins & turtles and that was ok but the people were a little rude-ish. Once in the actual town though the people were like full blown rude... and there was like no bathroom anywhere!!!! Everything seemed to be pretty clean and the post office was beautiful!!

Vieques is small and beautiful, mostly water activities to do, but also shopping and spas. People are friendly enough, and the food is delicious but a little pricey. Great for a family, maybe not the best for backpacking.

    St Lawrence Gap

    1 review

In the Worthy area this is the main area loaded up with restaurants, bars, clubs and a number of hotels. While it is the "touristy area" it's for the most part not that built up and a relatively small loop of places.

Rincon is beautiful, laid-back, friendly and inexpensive - a fun community full of travelling surfers and local fishermen. It was easy to navigate via car and has plenty of places to stay, eat and play. We were based out of Rincon for several days and explored the coast up to Isabella during the day. Thoroughly loved i!!. Local grocery stores ...

Beautiful island, the water is completely turquoise and transparent. White sandy beaches. I came here for a stay at the Club Med, great decision. Been here 3x already and have my 4th one already booked. Easily the most fun place on the island for sports and nightlife.
