Besides the ice queens they have running the host stand, Catch is as sensational as Top Chef champ Hung Huynh, who owns this tri-level restaurant/lounge.
Reservations here are a must. It really is harder to get into this place than into your high school jeans. There was a mishap with out reservation (which was for 10:15pm - the earliest we could get), but the manager was able to rectify the situation and sat us at a fantastic corner table on the second floor. Our server was awesome and the food rocked our stilettos off.
- East Coast oysters
- Scallop dumplings
- Dungeness crab spaghetti
- Lobster mac & cheese
Everything was to-die-for. We shared everything and it was the perfect amount of food for three.
If you want to make it into the lounge upstairs, be someone, or be prepared to wait.Recommended for:

I came to the rooftop for an event a few weeks ago and was seriously underwhelmed, after all the hype over Catch (although I've heard the rooftop isn't as great as the restaurant). The appetizers were average & the cocktails were fine, but nothing that blew me away. I don't think I'll be rushing back to Catch!

Great restaurant but a bit pricey. Service was outstanding. All the food was outstanding. Start with the seafood tower, and try one of the sushi rolls. Everything on the menu is great so you probably won't go wrong. There's a club on the roof - it's small and exclusive, but sometime it's easier to get in if you eat in the restaurant and make friends with the staff.

Trendy Meatpacking seafood/ Asian fusion restaurant with killer cocktails and a creamy mac and lobster that is sure to be seared in your memory. Check out the Catch rooftop for a nightcap after your meal.Recommended for:
