One of the newest "shopping" areas on the Island. Two water fountains are available for the young ones to enjoy. Beautiful mosaics are displayed on the various floors as you walk to the top. The tower offers an extended overall view of Cayman. Loads of shopping and restaurants are available. You can even take a boat ride from here, too.
