Not the best service all the time, but amazing handmade pizza. Get the Quatro Formaggio, it'll make your mouth happy. Order the breadsticks with artichoke and spinach dip, the melted cheese will drive you crazy.

Once situated farther Uptown, this casual-nice creole spot moved down Magazine to the Garden District. It's named for John Kennedy Toole's protagonist Ignatius Reilly, and his unforgettable image graces one of the walls. The food is nicely prepared classic creole, with excellent red beans and rice and fried green tomatoes. The po-boys are good, though a bit overpriced and under-stuffed.

I absolutely loved my meal -- I had the grilled octopus, pickle jar, and the paneed rabbit. It was rich, and decadent and I enjoyed every bit of it! Our server was also lovely and attentive.

For someone from Dallas, finding a great Tex-Mex restaurant in New Orleans was tops on my list. Juan's Flying Burrito was a wonderful find. You will find the basics, but some also some great variations. The jerk chicken nachos are great. The ingredients are fresh. The prices are good for the portions you get.

Great breakfast place in a town known for delicious cuisine. The options are varied from something along the traditional southern breakfast, or huevos rancheros or perhaps yummy pancakes or waffles. For the truly hungry looking for a good New Orleans breakfast experience try the grillade and grits. Exceptional. The friendliness of the staff only adds to the awesome, comfy atmosphere. ...
