This hotel is a beautiful luxury hotel. There's a Noh theater in the basement. I repeat, there's a Noh theater in the basement. In the common areas they change the art and flower arrangements according to the seasons as they do in little a “ryokan,” but this hotel is massive, so you should see the size of the floral displays. There's a pool, spa, and gym on the first floor. And views of Shibuya and the rest of the nation from the 40th floor.
I had a cocoa in the lounge in the lobby, which is completely open, and how shall I put this? If you're at all prone to paranoia, the style of service at the Cerulean--a lot of people watching you, while at the same time pretending not to watch you--might not put you at ease while you're having your cocoa (even if there is a heart shaped lump of sugar placed on top of it.) Wait, that was pretty sweet.
So, it's a divine hotel, try to get a corner room with views from the bath if you stay. When it's clear, from the Fuji side you might be able to see Mt. Fuji. But if you just want to stay at a nice place in Shibuya and don't need all the amenities, there are other cheaper options. You can see the Cerulean Hotel from the Granbell. But then again, there's a massage chair in the ladies' locker room near the pool at the Cerulean, you know, the pool over the Noh theater, and how many hotels can you say that about?Recommended for:

This luxury high rise hotel offers very reasonably priced standard rooms. They're roomy by Japanese standards, well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is in ideally located in Shibuya.Recommended for:

Unlike most Japanese hotel chain managed properties, the Cerulean tower is stylish and comfortable. The location next to Shibuya station is very convenient, service is good and food and beverage quality is excellent. I highly recommend the in-house Szechuan and sushi restaurants as well as the lobby bar / lounge area.
The only real downside to this property is that prices have risen pretty dramatically due to the appreciation of the yen and the growing reputation of the hotel. At $350+ per night, luxury properties start to become more competitive as do the relatively low cost major chains / local boutiques.Recommended for:

Cerulean Tower is an upscale business hotel in the popular Shibuya area of Tokyo. The room was stylish and sophisticated, and larger than I expected. The service was excellent, but the food options were more limited than I expected.Recommended for:

This hotel is one of best hotels in Tokyo! The Cerulean is located in Shibuya. This area of the city just can't be boring for anyone. Also inside the hotel is like a city as well. They have many things to amuse you, such as a gym, a pool and one of my favorite a cigar shop and bar that you can smoke that cigar in! Though, of course they also have great ethnic restaurants.
Try to book a room facing Mt Fuji, on a clear day you can see Mt. Fuji from your room. It's really beautiful, but don't get your hopes up, it doesn't happen that often.

The Cerulean Tower is an awesome hotel located right in the heart of Shibuya, just in front of Shibuya station.
I've stayed there for work 5 or 6 times and every time I have a perfect stay. The food is OK but you have more choices in Shibuya just across the street.
The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff makes you feel at home.
